Enterprise AI Platforms

Global AI foundations. Products built for Indian businesses.

Current businessGoogle Cloud and AWS

We build scalable AI products, agentic platforms, enterprise applications and voice-enabled systems for businesses in India — on Google Cloud and AWS, alongside Smriti's own voice models and AI harnesses.

What it means

A model is a capability. A platform is a system a business can rely on.

Businesses in India are not short of access to AI models. What they need is a system that works with their own knowledge and software, fits the way their teams already work, and keeps a person accountable where a decision matters.

An enterprise AI platform is that system. We design and engineer it end to end: the product people use, the agents and workflow behind it, the connections to approved data and tools, and the evaluation and operations that keep it dependable. We are not reselling access to model APIs.

  • A product people use

Interfaces designed around the task, including the steps where work is reviewed and approved.
  • Answers grounded in its own knowledge

Retrieved from approved sources, with each user's permissions respected.
  • Work that moves forward

Agents that take defined steps in business systems, within rules the business sets.
  • Evidence that it is working

Task-level evaluation before release and monitoring once the system is in use.

Anatomy

Anatomy of an enterprise AI system

Six parts, and the model is only one of them. Most of the engineering — and most of what decides whether a system is useful — sits around it.

Interfaces

Smriti engineers

Where people make requests, review proposed work and see outcomes.

  • Web and internal applications
  • Assistants in existing tools
  • Voice
  • APIs for other systems

Workflow and agents

Smriti engineers

Application logic that divides a task between specialised agents and workflow steps, shares context between them and calls tools under defined rules.

  • Retrieve
  • Reason and draft
  • Check

Models

Selected per task

Gemini models, foundation models available through Amazon Bedrock, or Smriti-developed models such as our voice models — chosen for the task.

Approved knowledge and tools

With permission

Documents, records and business systems, reached only within the permissions each user holds.

Human approval

Defined with the business

Actions that change records, send messages or commit resources pause for a person, who approves, edits or sends them back. Each decision is recorded.

Evaluation and operations

Smriti engineers

Before release — task-level test sets agreed with the business.

In use — monitoring, traces and review of real outcomes.

Over time — evidence that decides the next change.

Cloud foundations

Two cloud foundations, chosen per project.

We build on Google Cloud and on AWS. The choice follows the organisation: where its data and systems already live, which models suit the task, and how the platform must be operated.

Google Cloud

From business knowledge to coordinated action.

Agentic products and enterprise platforms that combine Gemini models, Gemini Enterprise integrations, the Agent Development Kit and Google speech technologies with our own application engineering.

Technologies we build with

  • Gemini Enterprise
  • Gemini models
  • Agent Development Kit (ADK)
  • Cloud Text-to-Speech
  • Cloud Speech-to-Text

AWS

Model choice becomes a business platform.

Business platforms that combine foundation models available through Amazon Bedrock with an organisation's knowledge, tools and workflows — with the product and systems engineering done by us.

Technologies we build with

  • Amazon Bedrock

Supporting services such as Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Guardrails or AgentCore are used only where a project requires them.

AWS & Amazon Bedrock

Google Cloud and AWS provide models and managed services. The product, the integrations and the engineering around them are Smriti's work.

Our own engineering

What we develop ourselves.

Alongside the cloud foundations, we develop our own voice models and AI harnesses — the parts that decide how a system sounds and how dependably it behaves.

Voice AI

Developed by Smriti

Voice models we develop

Our own voice models, refined and evaluated for the application they serve, with the speech application engineering around them. Third-party speech services are integrated where they are the better fit.

  • Developed and refined by us
  • Evaluated per application
  • Used where they suit the stage

AI Harnesses

Developed by Smriti

Harnesses that make models dependable

The engineering around a model that decides what it sees, what it may do and how its work is checked — for third-party or Smriti-developed models, chosen per task.

  • Context, retrieval and tools
  • Workflow rules and approvals
  • Evaluation and deployment logic
AI Harnesses

Ours, and what we integrate

The line between what we develop and what we build with is stated plainly — here, and in each project write-up.

Developed by Smriti

  • Smriti voice models
  • AI harnesses: context, retrieval, orchestration, tools, rules, evaluation and deployment logic
  • Interfaces, agent orchestration and business integrations

Third-party technology we integrate

  • Gemini models and Gemini Enterprise (Google Cloud)
  • Foundation models available through Amazon Bedrock (AWS)
  • Cloud Text-to-Speech and Cloud Speech-to-Text (Google Cloud)
  • Agent Development Kit (ADK), Google's open-source agent framework

What we build

The kinds of systems we build.

Described by what they do rather than by case studies. Real projects are published in the portfolio with their stage, our contribution and only the results we can support.
  • Agentic platforms

Coordinated agents that retrieve information, reason over it and take defined steps across business systems — with a person approving the steps that matter.

    • Agent orchestration
    • Tool integration
    • Approval steps
  • Enterprise applications

Applications with AI built into the work itself: knowledge assistants grounded in approved sources, document and case handling, and model-assisted steps inside existing processes.

    • Retrieval
    • Workflow rules
    • Existing systems
  • Voice-enabled systems

Services people can speak to, combining our own voice models or integrated speech services with dialogue, business logic and hand-off to a person.

    • Speech recognition
    • Dialogue
    • Speech synthesis

How we engage

How an engagement runs.

Six steps, with evaluation built in rather than added at the end. Models are adapted only where the task requires it, and what we learn in use feeds the next iteration.
  1. 01

    Understand the problem

The users, the decision or task, the systems involved and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 02

    Design the system

Interfaces, workflow, model choices, data access and the points where a person stays in control.

  3. 03

    Develop and refine

Application engineering and integrations. Models are adapted only when the task requires it.

  4. 04

    Evaluate

Task-specific tests and measurements, including where the system falls short.

  5. 05

    Deploy

Into the environment it must run in, with the monitoring needed to operate it.

  6. 06

    Improve

Evidence from real use feeds the next iteration.

Improvement feeds back into understanding — the process is a loop, not a hand-off.
